Healthcare Network Practice Management

A network of 12 specialty clinics across 3 US states needed to replace fragmented practice management software. Patient scheduling was done via phone, insurance claims were processed manually with a 22% rejection rate, and there was no unified view of patient history across locations.

Dymaxel built a HIPAA-compliant Odoo ERP with a custom Patient Management module, integrated appointment scheduling with automated SMS/email reminders, electronic insurance claim submission with real-time eligibility verification, and a secure patient portal for records access and telehealth bookings.
